Transparent observations.
The workspace calculates descriptive statistics from your entries. With at least four sessions of the same activity and exercise, it compares the most recent half with the previous half. For an odd number of sessions, the oldest session is excluded from that comparison.
Accuracy change is expressed in percentage points. Reaction-time change is a relative percentage; a negative value indicates faster responses. Missing focus ratings are excluded from the focus average.
These observations are generated by transparent rules. The separate Model lab trains and evaluates an experimental machine-learning model. They are not a diagnosis, a brain-state measurement or proof of a training effect. Keep task, equipment and conditions consistent.
Bring your sessions.
Import a CSV from your own training records. Files are checked in your browser, then valid sessions are saved to your account. Exact duplicates are skipped.
Up to 1 MB / 1,000 sessions in your workspace. Required columns: date, activity, exercise, accuracy, reaction_ms, duration_min. Optional: focus, notes.
Keep a copy.
Take your history with you. Export session summaries as CSV, or a human-readable report of the currently filtered analysis.
Keep the full evidence.
CSV exports contain session summaries. A complete JSON copy also includes saved trial logs, task settings and the current model.
Your data controls
Your records are stored under your signed-in account. You can export them at any time. Deleting all sessions also removes your saved model.
Find your reaction baseline.
Wait for the cue, then tap or press Space. Complete 10 trials. No payment is required. Early taps and responses under 100 ms are marked invalid. Keep the same device and input method for comparable results.
This measures browser response timing. Device latency affects the result. It does not measure brain activity, intelligence, or clinical reaction capacity.
Keep the context.
Use the same setup name each time. Your device class and input method are added to the exercise name, so mobile taps and desktop key presses are not mixed.
Learn from your own evidence.
Train a small reaction-time prediction model on your own comparable session history. It learns numerical parameters from your data. It is not a chatbot, a brain model or a claim of validated performance improvement.
Build the capability. Then make the claim.
Simple reaction, choice reaction, response control and Focus Grid, plus manual measurements and CSV imports.
Saved task trial logs plus a separate EEG recording and live-stream processing engine.
Personal ridge regression with chronological holdout evaluation and baseline comparison.
Import EEG recordings or connect your acquisition bridge. Inspect waveforms, spectral power and quality flags. Physical-device verification is still required. Open Signal Engine
Task speed, accuracy and error types; EEG band power from supplied voltage samples. Physiological interpretation and broad cognitive benefit remain unvalidated.
Run your personal task model and practice plan. With an EEG bridge, calibrate visual alpha feedback against 60 accepted seconds. No stimulation or proven training benefit. Explore the engine
Train the response.
Keep the measurement honest.
On phones, touch input is selected automatically. Practice can adapt. Fixed assessments stay at 2,000 ms per cue, so changing difficulty does not become a false progress signal.
Match each cue: left arrow key for LEFT, right arrow key for RIGHT. Complete 24 trials. Wait for a cue before responding.
Use one input method throughout. Switching tabs or losing window focus aborts an active session. Browser and device latency are included. This is not an IQ or clinical test.
What changed on a fixed assessment?
Compare the first three and latest three saved assessments, with separate date windows. Practice results and older protocol versions are excluded. Review speed and accuracy together. These changes do not establish a cause or general cognitive improvement.
Next question: does learning transfer?
A change on the task you practice does not prove improvement on an untrained task. Establishing transfer requires a designed study with appropriate controls. No transfer or IQ score is inferred here.
Our evidence standardFocus on the target.
Respond with precision.
Read a new target number every round, then find it in the nine-cell grid. Practice visual search while balancing speed and accuracy. No payment is required.
Read the target shown above each grid, then select that number. The target changes every trial. Each grid allows 3 seconds. On a keyboard, use Q W E / A S D / Z X C for the nine positions. Each digit is the target twice; each grid position holds a target twice.
Device and browser latency are included. Changing tabs or leaving the exercise stops the session. At least five correct targets are needed to save.
Your results.
A reasoned next step.
Choose the skill you want to practice. Four specialized software agents check your records, evaluate a personal prediction model, build your next session and review comparable progress. Every output has a visible source.
A plan starts with your evidence.
Complete and save a task, then run the agents. An empty account gets a starting protocol. Model predictions appear only after enough comparable history exists and the learned model beats its baseline.
Start with Focus GridTechnology you can inspect. These are bounded, on-demand software agents implemented in Noetryx's application. The Model agent fits learned numerical weights. Signal, Practice and Review use disclosed rules and statistics. No external chatbot or large language model is involved.
Your latest run is saved with its source revision and cleared when the underlying records change. No brain activity, medical diagnosis or proven training effect is inferred.

Make your next step personal.
Choose an everyday context and one measurable skill. Save a short schedule, then follow a next-session plan grounded in your own records.
Your context helps describe your goal. It does not turn a task score into a measure of study, work or sporting ability.
Try a free Focus Grid firstComplete the task and choose Save result to count it. Your time budget includes instructions and pauses; it is not a prescribed training dose.
A consistent comparison.
This view updates when opened or refreshed. Comparisons use fixed sessions on the latest matching setup; changing practice difficulty is excluded. It does not establish an improvement in IQ or everyday performance. How this is calculated
