PRIVACY / DATA / EARLY ACCESS

Your record.
Your controls.

This page describes the current early-access release. Updated 11 October 2026.

What you choose to save

The lab stores session dates, task settings, response times, correct and incorrect responses, optional focus ratings, and notes. Manual entries and CSV imports are stored when you submit them. Task responses stay in browser memory until you choose to save. Do not enter sensitive medical information in notes.

Your signed-in account identifier associates records with your workspace. The service authorizes access to that account's records. The website and free browser exercises are publicly accessible. Saving or accessing personal records requires sign-in. This release is not an open public research study.

How the data is used

Saved records support your history, calculations, adaptive practice rules and the personal model you choose to train. Noetryx's personal model runs in its own service code. Your records are not sent to an external language-model provider or automatically added to a shared training dataset.

The public-data physiological benchmark uses a separate third-party dataset. It does not use your personal records. No cameras or microphones are used. The optional Signal Engine analyzes EEG files locally or receives samples directly from an acquisition bridge you choose.

Infrastructure and access

This self-hosted edition runs on EGA’s Hetzner server. Account profiles, sessions and saved records are held in its database. A configured transactional email provider sends sign-in codes and receives the destination email address and code. Website fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information for those requests. The application contains no advertising tracker.

Account isolation is an application access control, not end-to-end encryption. Authorized hosting or service administrators may have technical access. This release does not promise that infrastructure operators can never access stored records.

Export and deletion

Export session summaries as CSV and a complete workspace copy, including saved trial logs, as JSON. You can download your current model weights and evaluation separately. Deleting a session invalidates a model trained on that workspace revision.

“Delete my sessions and model” removes the active records and saved model for your account. Infrastructure logs and backups may follow provider retention policies. No automatic retention schedule is implemented for active session records.

Scope of this release

Noetryx is experimental performance software for non-clinical use. It is not a diagnostic service, an IQ test, or a treatment for a neurological or psychiatric condition. Training benefit and general cognitive improvement have not been established.

Public participant recruitment, research consent, institutional review where applicable, and an operational privacy contact must be arranged before launching a broader study. This early-access release is not represented as a completed clinical or research governance program.

Manage your data

Your agent decision record

When you run the agents, Noetryx processes your saved task records within its service and stores the latest run under your account. It includes source record IDs, a practice plan, model weights and evaluation when available, and descriptive comparisons. This workflow does not send records to an external AI inference provider.

The decision record can be exported. Editing or deleting session records invalidates and removes the previous saved run; deleting all sessions also deletes the saved agent run. An empty workspace receives a starting plan without a persisted run.

Your personal program

If you save a program, your chosen context, practice goal, time budget, selected days and time zone are stored under your account. Reports are calculated from your saved measurements when requested. No messages are sent by this schedule. Current access is free and no payment details are collected.

Export your program from My program or use the complete record export in Data & settings. Delete program removes these preferences; delete sessions removes your measured history and its computed reviews. These controls are separate so you can keep your schedule while starting a new record.

Your account profile

Signing in verifies a six-digit code sent to your email address. Noetryx stores your email and a generated account identifier. You can create a Noetryx profile with an optional display name; the name and profile timestamps are saved under that identifier. Creating or updating the profile keeps your existing measurements and program.

Noetryx does not collect a password. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as keyed hashes. Session cookies are HTTP-only and expire after seven days. Profile information is included in the complete record export. You can clear the optional name by saving it empty. Sign out invalidates your current session and does not delete your records.

EEG recordings and live streams

Signal Engine input stays in browser memory. Noetryx does not upload EEG recordings or live samples to your account, and does not train a shared model on them. A live connection uses the secure bridge address and access token you enter. That bridge receives connection information and must be operated by a party you trust. Tokens are not saved or included in exports.

Clear signal data removes the active recording and stream state. Disconnect stops feedback and retains a frozen local analysis until you clear it or leave the page. Export creates a file on your own device with measurements, quality flags and calibration when present; recording exports also include the last plotted four seconds. You control those downloaded files separately.

Professional pilot records

Professionals create coded records, assignments and private observations under their account. Their role is self-declared, not verified by Noetryx. An invitation is bound to a hash of the intended account email, expires after seven days and is stored as a token hash. No invitation emails are sent automatically.

Accepting records a versioned consent and links your account. The professional cannot browse your personal workspace. Only sessions you explicitly submit are copied into the shared record; personal notes and self-ratings are excluded. You can disconnect future sharing. Previously shared copies remain with the professional until that record is deleted, even if you delete the original personal session.

Professional observations are visible to the owning professional, not the patient workspace. Professional reports include those notes; patient exports exclude them. The owner can delete the complete professional record, including its notes, copied results and invitation. Exported files must be managed separately. Use coded participant labels and avoid diagnoses or sensitive histories during this early pilot; this release is not an approved electronic medical record service.

Optional age context

If you provide your age, it is stored with your account and the date you saved it. It is used to display personal context beside your results, not to diagnose you or calculate an age-adjusted score. Edit it or clear the field in My account to remove it.
